Due to the high demand for residential real estate, the company’s development activities are currently focused on this segment. In the residential segment, FIS Real Estate is active in sophisticated inner-city residential construction in prime locations, as well as in the affordable segment in suburban locations. The current offering focuses on condominiums for both owner-occupiers and investors in the form of provident apartments and extends to forward deals for partial or complete projects even before completion.
