Since 1994, Dr. Bernhard Huber has been a practicing Attorney at Law in Linz /Austria. In 1996 he established the corporate law firm Huber und Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH.

In 2015, it was jointly decided by Dr. Bernhard Huber and Dr. Rudolf Kirchmayr to strengthen the existing cooperation of the firm Huber, Ebmer Partners to integrate some aspect with the FIS-group.

Since then, being an experienced specialist in the fields of business law, M&A and foundation law, Dr. Bernhard Huber has perfectly complemented the FIS groups’ service offer. Holding an US law degree, he is also experienced in the field of international contract law and is consulting numerous international companies in all issues concerning business law.
